Dear Ray,
I am writing in reference to the 'Popstars' teambuilding activity that I and the other members of the Market Forecasting team from Pioneer GB Limited recently enjoyed with Russell and John at the studios.

Everyone was a little nervous about getting up and singing in front of the others but we all thought the 'Popstars' day would be fun and serve as a useful purpose in making the team operate in a way that it would not otherwise do.

I don't think we envisaged that it was actually quite hard work and we certainly had no idea that it would be so much fun. Russell and John are absolute stars and I cannot speak highly enough of the way they ran the day. From settling our nerves up front to teasing us mercilessly - but hilariously - about our various singing efforts, the unanimous verdict from all of us is that they were absolutely brilliant.

We also appreciated each other in a different way, as standing eye-to-eye, sharing a microphone and trying to sing in tune together was a genuine challenge - well certainly for some of us! Much fun has been had since then on the in-house stereo systems with our effort and we've written the day up for our in-house magazine.

Overall, we had brilliant fun and we did something that required a different kind of team effort. I can't recommend Russell and John and the 'Popstars' activity highly enough. Thank You!
